For startups and non-profit organisations, we offer a dedicated 4 m² space that includes a table and two chairs, where you may display a simple roll-up banner. Start-up Programme: A Platform for Innovation
To provide emerging companies with an opportunity to showcase their innovations and to enrich the exhibition with fresh ideas, WC14 offers selected start-ups a preferential participation rate. This exclusive programme is designed for promising organisations that align with the exhibition profile and are admitted based on clearly defined selection criteria.
Start-up Eligibility Criteria
Participating start-ups are required to meet the following conditions:
• Have been established for no more than three (3) years.
• Employ fewer than ten (10) full-time staff members.
• Offer an innovative product or service relevant to the sector.
• Operate within an industry aligned with the exhibition theme.
• Demonstrate clear relevance for both visitors and fellow exhibitors.
• Have not previously participated as an exhibitor (participation as a visitor is permitted).
• The discount is applicable only for the first participation.
Application Procedure
• Applications must be submitted via an online form and include a brief motivation statement.
• All applications will be reviewed by the organisers.
• Selection will be based on overall quality or on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the number of eligible applications.
