Registration Information
All payments must be made by credit card. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
Student/postdoctoral rate is available to students currently enrolled in a graduate program and postdoctoral fellows within 5 years of doctoral degree completion. When registering, students and postdoctoral fellows are required to upload a copy of their valid student ID showing current, full-time status and date of doctoral degree completion.
Accompanying Persons have access to special events only (opening ceremony, welcome reception, gala dinner and closing ceremony). Accompanying persons do not have access to scientific sessions. The registration fee for Accompanying Persons is $250.
Confirmation of Registration
You should receive a registration confirmation via email when you register online (along with a payment confirmation email from the payment processing site). If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes, please check your SPAM box or contact Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing - helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com.
Low income and Latam countrie fees
The Low Income country group is based upon the official classification of the World Bank (https://data.worldbank.org/country) and refers to your work and correspondence address.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing - helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com by 15 July 2025. Cancellations received before 15 July will be fully refunded (minus a $50.00 administration fee).
No refunds will be made after 15 July 2025.
No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or other unforeseen changes to the congress program.
Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
