Each Session Package includes:
- Use of a dedicated session room equipped with standard AV and supported by 1 on-site technician, including general signage.
- Permission to use the WC14 congress logo on approved session-related materials.
- Promotion of the session in the congress program, on the website, and in the mobile app.
- Permission to display up to three roll-up banners on the day of the session (in coordination with the Organizing Committee).
All session topics are subject to review and approval by the WC14 Scientific Committee and may be adjusted to align with the overall scientific program. An initial draft (topic and proposed speakers) must be submitted to the WC14 Secretariat for approval, followed by a final session outline by the specified deadline.
All speaker-related costs (e.g., registration, travel, and accommodation) must be covered by the sponsoring organization.
Catering is not included. If you wish to provide food or beverages during your session, an order form will be supplied after booking. To maximise attendance, offering light refreshments is strongly recommended.
Promote your company, symposium, or booth to all potential WC14 participants. The WC14 Organizing Committee will distribute an HTML-based email to the pre-registered delegate mailing list, with the date and time coordinated in consultation with the sponsor.
WC14 also manages an active congress-related account on LinkedIn. These channels will be used to publish a sponsored social media post—with options such as approved hashtags and sponsor-provided content—both before and during the congress.
Exclusive opportunity to be featured as the official Name Badge and Lanyard Sponsor
As the exclusive Congress App Sponsor, your organization receives prominent visibility across all digital platforms, including your logo on the app splash screen, rotating home-page banner, app signage, and all emails promoting the app. You will also benefit from daily push notifications, a dedicated sponsor page within the app, and recognition on the congress website, program, signage, and plenary holding slides. The package includes one full congress registration and access to app-user data (names and organizations), subject to privacy regulations.
The organizers will provide a table prominently located in the exhibition area of the venue with high visitor traffic during the entire congress. This table is the only place where partners can place marketing material outside of their booth.
